Open "Regional and Language Options"= ; from control panel OR from start menu -> Run "intl.= cpl".

Select the "Language" tab. <= span style=3D'color:black'>

Check "Install files for Complex Script = and right-to-left languages (Including Thai)". <= /o:p>

Click "Apply" to proceed.

Click "Details" button.

Click "Add" button from "Input Language" list box select "Farsi (Persian)".

Finally, click "OK" button
